Crux Underwriting, a technology-enabled MGA, today announces the appointment of Jade Wilcox as CEO of Property.

Jade will lead Crux's expansion into the property market, helping to broaden the firm's specialist underwriting appetite. She brings over 20 years of experience across Lloyd's and company markets, most recently serving as Director of Delegated Authority at HDI Global Specialty, where she built and managed high-performing delegated authority portfolios.

The appointment underscores Crux's strategy of combining expert underwriting with a fully integrated, technology platform to deliver specialist, data-driven solutions in a market where expectations around speed, transparency and efficient placement are rising.

The property cell is currently being onboarded as Crux's next unit, alongside their existing Political Violence and Liability cells. Once operational, it will expand the firm's specialist capabilities while enhancing execution speed, portfolio oversight and governance for its partners.
