Will has over 10 years of underwriting experience in the London market at Tokio Marine Kiln Syndicate and joined Crux Underwriting in October 2025 as Head of International Liability. He underwrites GL business through Binding Authorities and in the Open Market in all territories (except for the US).

Outside of work, Will is a keen traveller who enjoys exploring new places on foot — preferably with a good view and enthusiastic children (though he’s learned to just settle for the view).
